What will you be doing?
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential target customers within the defined market segments.
- Reach out to prospects via various channels (e.g., phone calls, emails, social media) to introduce Oorwin’s AI platform and its benefits.
- Qualify leads by engaging in meaningful conversations to understand their business needs, challenges, and pain points.
- Foster close collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth transition of qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and activities in the CRM system.
- Engage in regular training sessions to remain informed about product knowledge and industry trends.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified lead generation and pipeline development.
Your Objective:
- As a Sales Development Representative, your role involves creating and executing innovative lead generation tactics to establish a robust sales pipeline.
- Prospecting to designated target accounts through methods like Cold Calling, Emails, and LinkedIn outreach to cultivate a business pipeline.
What should you have?
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales Prospecting and Pipeline building roles.
- Proven success in outbound lead generation, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent verbal communication skills as you would be cold calling.
- Ability to handle rejections, work independently and stay focused on goals.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to contribute to a growing startup environment.
- Most importantly, you are passionate about growing sales and you enjoy what you do.
- Open to work in the US Shift (6:30PM to 3:30AM IST).
