REFERRAL PORTAL
|
|
Oorwin Referral Portal allows you to easily publish jobs that you want to receive referrals for, get referrals from your employees or candidates, and track them centrally for disbursing employee bonus.
|
|
Oorwin’s referral portal is linked with the Career portal and using the referral portal, the employee or candidate can either apply for a job on the candidate’s behalf or invite the candidate to apply.
|

BULK SMS FROM JOB PIPELINES
|
|
Effective communication between recruiters and candidates is key to success in the new, remote-work era.
|
|
Oorwin already lets you easily submit or reject candidates from the job pipelines in bulk and we are extending this functionality to messages as well.

INVOICES GENERATED FROM TIMESHEET DASHBOARD
NOW SYNCED WITH QUICKBOOKS

Oorwin’s integration with Quickbooks allows you to easily manage your invoices and payments.
|
|
Oorwin now automatically syncs all invoices generated from the timesheet dashboard with your Quickbooks account eliminating the need to manually sync.
|
|

CLIENT AND VENDOR INFORMATION MAPPED
TO ASSIGNMENTS
|
|
An assignment can have multiple layers of vendor, prime vendors and client, which can be customized while creating an assignment.
|
|
In the new update, we are now mapping assignment with a Job ID to make this vendor - client workflow, consistent across the apps. Users can still tag accounts in this flow with vendor, prime vendor and client.
|

|
|

DISPLAYING ASSIGNMENT ID ALONG WITH THE TITLE
|
|
Managing expenses for different assignments can be a daunting task. The latest update allows you to link the assignment ID along with the assignment title while creating an expense report.
|
|
|
|
|
EDITING TIMESHEETS AFTER APPROVAL
|
|
Earlier, employee timesheets that have been approved could not be edited.
|
|
Oorwin now lets administrators edit timesheets even after they have been approved to accommodate any discrepancies. When the administrator raises the request to edit an approved timesheet, a notification is sent to the employee as well as approver to edit.
|
|
|
|
|
“SWITCH ACCESS LEVEL” IS NOW “SWITCH ROLE”
|
|
The option “Switch Access Level” has been renamed as “Switch Role” and the functionality remains the same as before
|
